TikTok transaction details surfaced and Trump extended the deadline again.

The latest extension extended TikTok ‘ s deadline for finding new buyers until 16 December.

For the fourth time on Tuesday, United States President Trump extended the deadline for TikTok to leave its parent company bytes, otherwise the application would face a ban in the United States.

This may be the last extension of Trump to TikTok. This week, he and a number of White House officials indicated that an agreement framework had been reached with China to address the national security concerns that TikTok might raise in United States operations.

“We have an agreement on TikTok,” President Trump said to the press on Tuesday. “There are now very large companies that want to buy it.”

Details about the framework of the agreement have begun to emerge. According to two sources, the byte beat of TikTok ‘ s Chinese parent company would strip the United States business in the application of a new company. Some major investors in TikTok will continue to hold shares in United States business, while byte beats are also planned to introduce new United States investors and reduce the shareholding ratio of Chinese investors to less than 20 per cent.

Two other sources revealed that Oracle, which provides cloud computing services for TikTok, is also expected to be one of the investors in the new company. The co-founder of Oracle, Larry Ellison, is helping his son, David Ellison, to raise funds to try to acquire the entertainment giant Warner Brothers Explorer, who, it is assumed, may compete more strongly with rivals such as Netflix through TikTok’s algorithms in the future.

They also indicated that the list of other potential investors was still changing. Recent investment discussions have also involved private equity companies in silver lake capital, while the byte boosting of the existing investor, Transatlantic Investment and Heine International, may transfer its holdings to new entities.

A senior White House official stated that, apart from what had been officially published by the Government, any details concerning the framework of the TikTok agreement were “pure speculation”.

The latest extension extended TikTok ‘ s deadline for finding new buyers until 16 December. Last year, the United States Congress passed a federal law with a rare bipartisan consensus, providing that, if TikTok failed to find a new non-Chinese owner, the application would be banned in the United States. The bill, which was supported by former President Biden, was upheld by a unanimous decision of the United States Supreme Court last January.

Trump postponed the implementation of the law for the first time in January this year, shortly after taking office. These extensions raised questions about the limits of presidential authority and the United States rule of law. According to some legal experts, the Trump approach is indicative of a worrying expansion of presidential power.

The Trump Government has expressed its desire to find new buyers for TikTok. In the summer of this year, Trump repeatedly claimed that there were unnamed buyers competing to acquire shares in the application.

Last April, Washington officials approached a plan to introduce new American investors, including private equity giants and venture capital companies, which was blocked by trade negotiations between China and the United States.

Trump initially supported the ban on TikTok, but changed its position last year. This shift took place after his meeting with Jeff Yass, a billionaire and a major Republican donor, who owned a large number of bytes, even though Trump stated that they had not discussed the company. Trump also indicated that TikTok helped him win the support of young voters in the last general election. TikTok claims that it has 170 million users in the United States.
